Orders

Order Processing Time: Kindly allow 2-3 business days for order processing.

Notifications: Please check your spam or junk folder for the order confirmation and any other emails we may send to you. Sometimes, our emails may be filtered incorrectly.

Tax Exempt

To place a tax-exempt order, you will first need to create an account with us. Once your account is set up, please contact our customer service team at dealerservice.cop.us@zeiss.com and provide a copy of your tax-exempt certificate. Our team will review your documentation and provide further instruction on how to place an order and work with you to ensure your order is processed correctly.


Shipping

Currently we only ship within the United States of America and charge a flat fee of USD $15.00.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes. To ensure a smooth delivery, kindly provide a physical address as your shipping address.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount for any products showing signs of use/wear. We do not accept returns for orders over 30 days. All replacement part sales are final and non-refundable and stated on the product page.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please sign into your account and follow the prompts in the orders page, or Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Two (2) Year Limited Warranty

ZEISS warrants for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship (“Warranty”). During the warranty period, ZEISS will remedy defects free of charge by repair or replacement with an equivalent product in working order at its discretion.

What is not covered by this Warranty or the Extended Warranty / Limitation of liability

This Warranty does not apply if the defect is attributable to misuse, neglect, accidental damage, alteration of the product or improper treatment, including any interference with the product by unauthorized workshops or persons. This Warranty is void if the damage was caused by the use of accessories not sold or authorized by ZEISS or by service by persons not authorized by ZEISS. This Warranty does not cover claims resulting from natural disasters (e.g. floods, storms, fire) or acts of war or terrorism, and does not apply to damage resulting from combat situations. ZEISS may at its sole discretion extend the service under this Warranty to include damage resulting from the aforementioned circumstances.
